Camp Calzone

1 Loaf of Bridgford frozen bread dough, thawed and risen
1lb breakfast sausage
8oz cheddar cheese
salsa
 

Cook the sausage until brown in skillet, breaking up the chunks,drain.  Take the bread dough roll out flat or just push out with your fingers.  Put the sausage in, add some salsa to taste, cover with the cheese.  Pull the bread dough over the top to make a loaf, pinch the edges to close,
turn over and place in dutch oven and cook for about 1/2 hour.  Take a look and check to see if it is brown and continue until it is brown. 
Remove and let cool, it will be very hot,slice and eat.  Let your imagination go and you can make this into about anything, Pizza, meat balls anything you feel like.  It,s kinda like fry bread.
