Corn Casserole

1 can (10 oz) corn nibblets (drained)
1 can (10 oz) creamed corn
1 stick of margarine (softened)
8 oz sour cream
1 box (6 oz) corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish or Dutch Oven

Cook in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes.  OR
Cook in open fire on top of coals. Place coals on top 
of lid also.  Cook for about 50 minutes.

Variation - use Mexican style corn instead of regular nibblets.
Or added chopped green bell pepper or cactus.
