6 strips of bacon
In a large skillet cook the bacon until crisp. Remove crumble and set aside. Add potatoes to bacon grease along with the green pepper,onion salt and pepper, cook and stir for 2 minutes.Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until hash browns are browned.
